storage, usage, support or other entitlements. Features are provided according to the applicable

transfer ownership of ClassWaze software, source code, trademarks or underlying technology.

after successful payment verification or an authorised manual renewal, as applicable.

availability, access rules, delivery, customer communications and representations about the product.
You must comply with laws and obligations applicable to your business, including consumer,
advertising, tax, intellectual-property, privacy and digital-commerce requirements.

that you upload or publish. You represent that you have the ownership, licence, permission and authority
required to use and distribute that product.
ClassWaze software, interface, trademarks, documentation, designs and underlying technology remain
owned or licensed by the relevant rights holder. No ownership is transferred except where expressly stated.
9. Customer policies, refunds & commercial responsibility
Your relationship with your customers is your responsibility. You should maintain clear product,
pricing, access, refund, cancellation and customer-support policies appropriate to your business and
applicable law.
Any ClassWaze refund or subscription policy applies to the relationship between you and ClassWaze.
It does not automatically determine refunds you owe to your own customers.
Where a separate ClassWaze Refund Policy applies, read it together with these Terms. If a mandatory
legal right applies, that right is not excluded by a commercial policy.
10. Acceptable use & prohibited activity
You must not use the service to:
- conduct fraud, deception, unlawful sales or money-laundering activity;
- upload malware, malicious code or tools intended to compromise systems or credentials;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights;
- publish unlawful, stolen, abusive, harmful or materially misleading content;
- access another account, tenant, system or data without authorisation;
- abuse payment, messaging, analytics, storage or other service resources;

activation or during continued use. Verification may support fraud prevention, compliance,
account safety and legitimate service-operation requirements.
You must provide information or documents that you are authorised to provide. Required verification
may delay, restrict or prevent activation or continued access where reasonably necessary.
12. Privacy & data responsibilities
Personal information is handled according to the applicable privacy notice and service processes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own collection, use, disclosure and retention of customer
information through your business comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Do not upload passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, CVV values or other credentials into ordinary support
messages or product content.
13. Service availability & changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, hosting, telecommunications, payment networks, security incidents, third-party failures,
force majeure and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Features, integrations, limits and service components may evolve. Where appropriate, product changes
may be communicated through the website, account or applicable contact channel.
14. Third-party services
Payment gateways, email services, domain registrars, hosting providers and other integrations may be
governed by separate third-party terms and policies. Their availability, approval decisions, fees and
processing are not fully controlled by ClassWaze.
Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own acts or omissions.
15. Subscription expiry, grace period, domain release & data retention
If a subscription reaches its period end without a successful renewal, platform access becomes inactive and
a configured renewal grace period begins. The current default grace period is 14 days, but
ClassWaze may change the configured period and will apply the period shown in the account or applicable notice.
If the subscription is not renewed before the grace period ends, ClassWaze may automatically release the
connected customer domain or disable the relevant domain mapping. For third-party or registrar-managed domains,
the precise release or DNS process may depend on the provider. After release, the original domain is not guaranteed
to remain available for later renewal.
Domain release does not mean immediate deletion of the customer's account data. The current default data-retention
period is 90 days starting from the domain-release/retention-start milestone. During that window,
the account remains inactive while eligible data is retained for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
At the end of the retention period, the account may become eligible for permanent deletion. Permanent deletion is not automatic. An authorised platform administrator must review the account and explicitly confirm the deletion in accordance with the applicable retention policy. If a customer renews during the retention window, the retention lifecycle is cleared; a previously released domain may still require a new connection and is not guaranteed to be restored.

16. Suspension, restriction & termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment,
product breach, security concerns, fraud, unlawful activity, failed required verification, serious
policy violations or protection of the service and its users.
Where practical and lawful, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Termination
does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination or that are intended to survive it.
17. Effect of termination
When access ends, your right to use the service ends subject to any transition, export or retention
rights expressly provided by your agreement, plan or applicable law.
You remain responsible for your customer obligations, outstanding amounts, lawful handling of data and
any commitments that by their nature continue after termination.

The effective version is the version applicable to your use of the service or the relevant transaction,
subject to any separate written agreement.
